Workmanship details:

       The whole windbreaker jacket uses single needle lockstitch that looks simple and neat, there is 3 panels hood, printing integrated label attach to neckline, its print color is different based on different colorway, sleeve opening sew elastic to shirring and elasticized, fold hem insert drawstring with plastic stopper in order to adjust width and prevent the wind. Stand-up collar can protect the neck from windy and rainy. The body multi-color zipper also sews single needle lockstitch no any bands, zipper puller is transparent PVC. 

 This windbreaker is single layer, waterproof tape sews all body and hood like the following pictures. Waterproof tape is the characteristic of this windbreaker, it looks transparent and more secure. At the same time, it still keeps lightweight. Here's how it would work: First, prepare hot seal tape, after cutting into cut pieces, sew into semi-finished sample, put hot seal tape on the specific position through the high temperature flattening, place it for several hours and wait for it to cool. Checking whether hot seal tape is pressed flat and secure not bubbling/wrinkled. Waterproof tape is unique and attractive/charming of the whole windbreaker jacket. We do our best to provide you with quality and comfortable windbreaker jackets.

Packing: 

   265-270g each piece, fold pack with individual polybag, one size one color packed in a polybag. Due to lightweight, we packed 15-20pcs on a carton, carton shipping marks information followed by customer's requirement. UPC sticker put the top right corner of polybag, carton stickers also need.

   Regarding packing ways and additional requirement, you can send us information in detail before ordering.

   Regarding hangtag, as we packed and shipped out all orders, there was a special hangtag which marked Special functions and features of the fabric. Of course, each customer has different requirements, we will check and follow accordingly. Customize your personal label and tag for you. 

Quality Assurance: 

1. Process workmanship and artwork details, pattern validation, measurement, fabric/accessories inspection before bulk production.   
2. 100% inspection of finished garments before shipment. Defective points need to be inspected as follows:  Broken stitches, broken yarns, skipped stitches, colorfastness, dirty mark, waterproof tape bubbling or broken, oil stain, open seam, uncut thread ends, zipper not movable, uneven sleeve length, missing rubber badge, missing care label, missing hangtag and UPC sticker, carton broken, missing carton stickers.
3. Regular training for inspection staff.
4. Strictly control measurement and the beauty of overall cloth.
5. Strictly follow your delivery time validation, if there are any un-control things, we will contact you in time.
